The author presents an analytical insight into the topic of Water Crises in India. The article attempts to give answers to questions such as what if this water gets depleted and the earth turns into a barren planet? What would the implications of such a scenario be on our existence?

The author in the present article provides an analysis of the most significant legal principles and aims to provide with a comprehensive analytical understanding of the framework by exploring the origin of the principles, judicial reasoning, and underlying assumptions in landmark judgments given by the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts as well as the National Green Tribunals.

The author, presents legal insights to the aftermath of landslide. The article probe into the various provisions of the law that deals with the said aftermath.

The article is a critical analysis of the EIA draft notification 2020 as published by the Central Government in relation to the Environment Protection Act, 1986. My main motive behind writing this article is to make people look into the environmental impact of the EIA draft 2020 but also look into the aspect of human rights involved and how it will affect both.
