Mr. Parth Rishik – Founder, Project Head for Centre for the Study of Dispute Resolution.

Mr Rishik is a third-year law student who is an enthusiast in the field of International Commercial Arbitration, and he aims to have a career in the field of Dispute Resolution. He is known as an academic researcher for his work associated with various international and national law firms and commissions. He is an excellent pleader and business development strategist. His expertise makes him the best person for managing the segment dedicated to the study of Dispute Resolution.

Mohit Nautiyal – Founding Member, Project head of Centre for Study of Contemporary Legal Issues

Mohit Nautiyal is a third-year law student at Law College Dehradun. He is a pleader and a passionate follower of constitutional jurisprudence. He believes in setting high goals and following them up diligently. His expertise lies in the fields of contemporary topics, and he is a columnist by hobby. Development, rather than just growth, is his core value! He aims to have a career in the field of the traditional litigation system.

Harsh Vardhan Bhatt – Founding member, Project Head of Centre for Study of Contemporary Legal Issues

Harsh Vardhan Bhatt is a third-year law student, who is an enthusiast in the field of constitutional matters. He is a very well equipped researcher and pleader. He aims to have a career in the field of litigation.

Krishna Nigam – Founding Member, project Head of Centre for Commercial and Financial Law

Krishna Nigam is a third-year law student who is known for his researching capabilities in his peer group. Tripti Dabral is a third-year law student who is very focused on Intellectual Property Laws. She is an academic researcher, pleader and an enthusiast in the field of fashion law.

Shivesh Shrivastava – Founding Member, Project Head of Centre for Cyber Law

Shivesh Shrivastava is a third-year law student who is an enthusiast in the field of Cyber Law. He is a very well equipped researcher and pleader. He aims to have a career in the field of cyber law.

Ankit Raj – Founding Member, Project Head of Centre for Cyber Law

Ankit Raj is a third year law student, focused on the Intellectual Property Rights Issues in relation to Cyber Laws. He is aslo an enthusiast in the field of Commercial laws. 

Nimit Saroha – Project Head of Centre for Study of Contemporary Legal Issues

Nimit Saroha is a third-year law student and a known debater. He is a fan of Hindi literature and a master of constitutional jurisprudence. Having the experience of working with various district and civil courts, he holds the first-hand experience of tackling contemporary legal issues. He aims to have a career in the criminal justice system of India.

Piyush Singh – Project Head of Centre for Environmental Awareness

Piyush is a 3rd Year student at Nirma University. He has a knack of entrepreneurship and has worked with various startups in the country. He has also advised many others and also loves writing anecdotes. On the professional front, Piyush has been an avid mooter having represented his University at the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot. He is also an animal activist and has filed many RTI’s for the same. He is currently drafting a PIL in order to make the situation of animals better in the future. He is a team player and is looking forward to bring a substantial change.
